Difference between QA and QC?

Quality Assurance :- Quality Assurance team will be involved in preventing the defects of a product.
-> Quality assurance meant for developing.
-> Organizing the best quality process.
-> QA focuses on building in quality and hence preventing.
-> QA: Deals with process.
-> QA: for entire life cycle.
-> Quality Assurance makes sure you are doing the right.
-> Things, the right way. QA is preventive process.
Quality Control :- Quality Control team will be involved in finding the defects in a product.
-> Quality control meant for implementing the process.
-> Developed by former team.
-> QC is the actual testing of the software.
-> QC focuses on testing for quality and hence detecting.
-> QC: Deals with product.
-> QC: for testing part in SDLC.
-> Quality Control makes sure the results of what you've.
-> Done are what you expected.
-> QC is corrective process.
