Difference between Testing & Debugging?

Testing:-
(i) Testing is conducted by the Testers in Testing Phase.
(ii) In Testing phase, the tester can find the bug called Testing to improve the quality of a product.

Debugging:-
(i) It can do in the development phase by the developers.
(ii) In the development phase, developer fixes the Bug.
